About other arrangement

  • Due to the war, I am no longer able to travel to Japan. Can the cancellation fee be waived?
Unfortunately, the cancellation fee cannot be waived. To minimize cancellation charges, please cancel your reservation at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date. However, If you are able to reschedule your reservation to a later date within the same year, and the same bus company has an available vehicle for the new dates, the cancellation fee may be waived.
  • What languages do you offer for interpretation?
We offer English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, and others. For languages other than English, rates may be higher due to a limited pool of interpreters.
  • I don’t have anyone who speaks Japanese. Is it okay to use a translation app instead?

About itinerary

  • When is the busy season?
Our busiest months are May, October, and November. As availability fills up quickly during these periods, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
  • I’m not sure what size bus to choose.
Please choose the bus size based on the amount of luggage you will be bringing. Please note that the luggage compartments on medium-sized buses in Okinawa are relatively small. If you have five or more large suitcases, we recommend selecting a large bus.
  • Do I need to arrange lunch for the driver?
No. A meal allowance of ¥1,000 per driver is typically included in the quotation. The driver will arrange their own meal, so no additional arrangements are required.
  • How many hours per day can I use the bus?
Under Japanese regulations, a single driver may operate the bus for up to 10 hours per day. For trips exceeding 10 hours, a second driver will generally be required. As a result, the fare will be approximately 1.6 times the standard rate. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate such requests depending on driver availability and scheduling.
  • I haven’t finalized my itinerary yet, but I’d like to request a quote.
To provide a quotation, we require at least the following information: the start time, end time, and the areas you plan to visit. Please contact us once these details have been finalized.
  • Can I change the itinerary after making a reservation?
Yes, you can. We will provide a quote each time you submit an itinerary.
  • Can I change the schedule on the day of the service?
No. Please ensure that the tour operates according to the schedule agreed upon in advance. Please note that if the tour exceeds the scheduled time on the day of service, an additional charge may apply. Therefore, if there is a possibility that the tour may run longer than planned, we recommend allowing extra time when creating the itinerary. Please rest assured that no additional charges will apply for delays caused by traffic congestion.
  • Can the itinerary be changed on the day of the tour?
No, it cannot. Please follow the itinerary that was agreed upon in advance.

On the day or travel

  • What happens if my flight is delayed?
We will share your flight number with the driver in advance, so the driver will be aware of any delays and will wait for you at the airport. If a delay is confirmed before boarding, please notify us.
  • What contact methods are available?
We can be contacted by email or phone only. Please note that we do not accept inquiries via messaging apps such as LINE or WhatsApp. On the day of the service, you will be able to communicate with the driver by phone only. Therefore, please ensure that you have a mobile phone that works in Japan.

About the price

  • We’re a travel agency. Do you offer any discounts?
We’re sorry, but we do not offer discounts to travel agencies.
  • How can I reduce the cost of the bus charter?
Bus fares are based on travel time and distance. You can reduce costs by shortening the trip duration or reducing the number of stops. In addition, fares are often higher during peak seasons (May, October, and November), so traveling during other times of the year may help lower the cost.
  • Is it cheaper to rent two minibuses than one large bus?
No. In most cases, renting one large bus is more cost-effective. For example, if a large bus costs ¥150,000, two minibuses may cost approximately ¥130,000 each, resulting in a total cost of ¥260,000.
