About this itinerary
A group of about 28 people (a group tour from overseas) travels from Roppongi to the Lake Kawaguchiko area on a 1-night, 2-day trip.
Day 1 takes in Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Oshino Hakkai and Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, and Day 2 takes in Lake Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Cruise.
On the first day, the bus leaves the meeting point at 7:00.
All travel over the 2 days is handled by 1 bus, so there is no need to look up transport again each day.
With no station transfers or ticket purchases, getting around is easier even for travelers unfamiliar with Japanese public transport.

Understanding the fare
The ¥330,000 shown is a sample fare for arranging this itinerary with a large bus (28 people, 9.5 hours).
This amount includes the large bus, the driver, fuel and vehicle insurance.
Expressway tolls to the Lake Kawaguchiko area, parking fees at stops such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, and driver accommodation are not included in the fare and are charged separately at actual cost. Looking for driver accommodation within about 10 minutes or 5 km one way of your own accommodation helps keep the cost down.
Weekends and peak seasons cost more than weekdays: about 20% higher as a rough guideline. If you tell us the date, times and addresses of the stops, we will prepare a quotation for your itinerary.
Choosing the bus
28 people fit comfortably in a large bus (48–60 seats including jump seats).
The luggage compartment holds about 30 suitcases (a guideline).
Depending on the vehicle, a medium bus (27–33 seats) may not fit 28 people, so check the number of seats before deciding.
FAQ
- Do we need to arrange the driver's accommodation?
- Driver accommodation is charged separately from the bus fare, and we ask you to provide a private room with bedding. The cost rises if it is far from your accommodation, so as a guideline, keep it within 10 minutes or 5 km one way.
- Are there English-speaking drivers?
- In some areas, drivers who can handle English are available. Please ask when you book.
- How far in advance should we book?
- If a bus is available, we accept bookings up to 3 days before. Cancellation fees apply from 15 days before the date of use, so we recommend reserving early once your date is set.
