You send us your itinerary and travel details.
We Adjust the Route & Request Quotations
We adjust the itinerary if needed and request quotations from bus operators.
We Send You the Quotation
We provide the quotation based on the adjusted itinerary.
Tell Us You Would Like to Book
You let us know if you would like to proceed with the reservation.
Final Itinerary & Payment
Approx. 21 Days Before Use
Please submit the final itinerary and complete payment by about 21 days before use.
Day of Operation
Your charter bus service operates on the travel day.

What to send us
- The date, the start time and the end time
- The pick-up place, the stops and the drop-off place (addresses if possible)
- The number of people and the amount of luggage (large suitcases)
- Your flight number for airport transfers
If the itinerary is not fixed yet, we need at least the start time, the end time and the areas you plan to visit.
Payment and cancellation
- Payment by bank transfer (international wire transfer) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club). Payment via Wise is also available.
- Payment must be completed at least 21 days before your trip.
- Please cancel at least 15 days before the date of use to keep the cancellation fee as low as possible.
